Daniel Martin is an acting justice of the Suffolk County Supreme Court in the 10th Judicial District of New York. He was appointed to this position in 2010 by Chief Administrative Judge Ann Pfau. He has also served as a judge of the New York Court of Claims since 1998, following an appointment by former Governor George Pataki. He was reappointed in 2005 to a term ending in 2013, and was reappointed in 2014 by former Governor Andrew Cuomo for a term ending in 2022.[1][2]

Martin received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.[1]
