David Warner Hagen (1931-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

Hagen was nominated by President Bill Clinton on October 7, 1993, to a seat vacated by Edward Reed; he was confirmed by the Senate on November 20, 1993, and received commission on November 22, 1993. He assumed senior status on November 28, 2003. He served the District of Nevada until his retirement on March 31, 2005. Hagen was succeeded in this position by Robert C. Jones.
