Earl Eugene O'Connor (1922-1998) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and a justice on the Kansas Supreme Court.

O'Connor was nominated by President Richard Nixon on October 19, 1971, to a seat vacated by Arthur Stanley; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 28, 1971, and received commission on November 1. He served as chief judge from 1981 until he assumed senior status on March 1, 1992. He served until his death on November 29, 1998.[1] O'Connor was succeeded in this position by Kathryn Vratil.
