Biography

Emory West Dunahoo Jr. was born in Hall County, Georgia, and lives in Gillsville, Georgia.[1][2] Dunahoo's career experience includes working in poultry sales and logistics. He has served as a men's outdoor ministry leader.[1]

On November 8, Dunahoo faced fellow Republicans Bobby Banks, Dominic Ottaviano, Todd Reed, William Sykes, and Kris Yardley as well as Democrat Paul Godfrey. Since no candidate received a majority of the vote, the top two vote getters--Banks and Dunahoo--proceeded to a runoff election on December 6 where Banks was defeated.[12][13][14]
