Fenton Whitlock Booth (1869-1947) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.

In 1905, Booth was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Teddy Roosevelt. He was commissioned on March 17, 1905, and was nominated and commissioned as chief justice on April 23, 1928 by Calvin Coolidge. He assumed senior status on June 15, 1939, and served in that capacity until his death on July 26,1947.[1]
