Gary W. Lynch was a judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals Southern District. He assumed office on February 1, 2006. He left office on June 18, 2022.
Lynch ran for re-election for judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals Southern District. He won in the retention election on November 3, 2020.
Lynch was appointed to the Missouri Court of Appeals on January 6, 2006, by Governor Matt Blunt (R). He was retained in 2008.[1] Lynch retired from the court on June 18, 2022.[2]

Education
Judge Lynch was born on June 19, 1952 in St. Petersburg, Florida. He earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics and elementary education from Southwest Baptist University in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1976.[1]
Career
Judge Lynch began his legal career in 1977 and worked as an attorney in private practice in Bolivar through 2002. From 2003 to 2006, he was an associate circuit judge for Polk County in the 30th Judicial Circuit.[1]
