Gilbert G. Ochoa is a judge of the Superior Court of San Bernardino County in California. His current term ends on January 8, 2029.
Ochoa won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of San Bernardino County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Ochoa was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on October 3, 2007, to fill a newly created seat.[1]
Education
Ochoa received a bachelor's degree from Whittier College and a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara School of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge for the Superior Court of San Bernardino County, Ochoa worked as a managing attorney at Bollington & Ochoa for fourteen years. In addition, Ochoa has experience working in solo practice and as a deputy district attorney in Orange County. He also was an attorney with the firm of Haight, Brown & Bonesteel for two years.[1]
