Gregory J. Kelly is a federal magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He was appointed to this position on January 14, 2008, and his current term expired on January 13, 2024.[1]

Education

Judge Kelly received his B.S. degree from State University College at Buffalo in 1984 and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1988.[2]

Career

Prior to becoming a magistrate judge, Judge Kelly worked as a private practice lawyer at the Orlando office of Akerman Senterfitt.[2]
