Hubert Irving Teitelbaum (1915-1995) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Teitelbaum was nominated by President Richard Nixon on November 24, 1970, to a seat vacated by Wallace Gourley; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 11, 1970, and received commission the next day. He served as chief judge from 1982 until he assumed senior status on July 2, 1985. He served until his death on January 5, 1995.[1] Teitelbaum was succeeded in this position by Donald Lee.
