Ingrid L. Moll is a judge on the Connecticut Appellate Court. Gov. Dan Malloy (D) appointed Moll to the court May 3, 2018.[1]

Moll previously served as a judge of the Waterbury District Superior Court in Connecticut from 2014 to 2018.[2] Gov. Malloy nominated Moll March 14, 2014. The Connecticut General Assembly confirmed her nomination April 29.[3][4][5]

Education

Moll earned a B.A. in political science and French from Wheaton College in 1995. She earned a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1999. During her legal studies, Moll served as editor-in-chief of fthe Connecticut Law Review.[1]

Career

Before her appointment to the bench, Moll was a trial and appellate attorney at the law firm of Motley Rice LLC. She also worked as an attorney at Cummings & Lockwood LLC and McCarter & English, LLP. Between 1999 and 2001, she was a law clerk for the Honorable David M. Borden at the Connecticut Supreme Court.[2]
