Jerry Bartholomew Sullivan (1859-1948) was a federal judge on the Board of General Appraisers, which became the United States Customs Court during the time of his service thereon.

Sullivan was nominated to the Board by President Woodrow Wilson. He was confirmed on April 28, 1913. He served as president of the Board from 1915-1924. He assumed senior status on September 30, 1939, and served in that capacity until his death on April 17, 1948.[1]
