John Davis (Court of Claims)

John Davis (1851-1902) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.
Davis was nominated to the Court of Claims in 1885 by President Chester Arthur. He received his commission on January 20, 1885, and served until his death on May 5, 1902.[1]
