John Henry Rogers (1845-1911) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

He received a recess appointment from President Grover Cleveland on November 27, 1896 and was nominated on December 8th.[1] He was confirmed by the Senate on December 15, 1896, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on April 16, 1911. Rogers was succeeded in this position by Frank Youmans.
