Campaign themes
2016
Neubert's campaign website highlighted the following issues:[2]
“ | The lack of common sense and the conformity to lobbyists requests are easily observed with a large majority of bills following Alec and other lobbying organizations money to put forth bills that will cause harm to small town development and rural living. Bills that defy logic but on the surface sound good. One example is the bill to remove the need to register for a concealed carry permit every 4 years and extending the time to 8 years. On the surface sounds good to me as I am a strong Constitutional advocate and believe in preserving the second amendment.[3] | ” |
