John Schickel (Republican Party) was a member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 11. He assumed office in 2009. He left office on January 1, 2025.

Schickel (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Kentucky State Senate to represent District 11. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020.

Biography

John Schickel was born in Union, Kentucky. He earned a MPA from Northern Kentucky University. Schickel’s career experience includes working as a law enforcement officer. He has been a member of the League of Kentucky Sportsman, the Fraternal Order of Police, the Florence Rotary Club, and the Boone County Business Association.[1]
