John Williams (1835-1900) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.

He was nominated by President Benjamin Harrison on August 14, 1890. He was confirmed by the Senate on September 22, 1890, and received commission that same day.[1] He served until his death on July 7, 1900. Williams was succeeded in this position by Jacob Trieber.
