Juan Guerrero Burciaga (1929-1995) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

Burciaga was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on July 19, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 31, 1979, and received commission on November 2. He served as chief judge from 1989 until he assumed senior status on November 9, 1994. He served until his death on March 5, 1995.[1]
