Mark W. Delahay (1828-1879) was a federal judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
He received a recess appointment from President Abraham Lincoln on October 6, 1863. On December 14, 1863, he was officially nominated. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 15, 1864, and received commission that same day. He resigned on December 12, 1873.[1]
