Mary E. Stanley was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. She joined the court in 1992 and retired on March 31, 2013.[1]
Education
Stanley received her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[1]
