An effort in Walthourville, Georgia, to recall Mayor Daisy Pray and Councilwoman Patricia Green was initiated in June 2018.[1] Recall organizers failed to submit enough signatures to move the recall forward.

Recall organizers were required to submit 100 signatures for each official. There were 150 signatures submitted for Pray and 127 signatures submitted for Green. The Walthourville City Clerk found that 87 of the 150 signatures for Pray were valid. Of the 127 signatures for Green, 77 were found valid.[1]
