The New York Problem Solving Courts are courts in New York that focus on rehabilitation and treatments of a wide range of offenses including substance abuse, sexual offenses, and domestic violence.

There are many courts that fall under the Problem Solving Court heading in New York state. These courts are as follows: Integrated Domestic Violence Courts, Domestic Violence Courts, Drug Treatment Courts, Mental Health Courts, Sex Offense Courts, Youthful Offender Domestic Violence Courts and Community Courts.
