Peggy Kuo is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She was appointed on October 9, 2015, and invested as a magistrate judge on January 5, 2016. Her current term will expire on October 8, 2031. Kuo is the first Taiwanese-American federal judge to be appointed in New York.[1][2][3]

Education

Kuo graduated from Yale University in 1985 with her B.A. and from Harvard Law School in 1988 with her J.D.[4]
