Robert Shaw (1907-1972) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Shaw was nominated by President John F. Kennedy on March 19, 1962, to a seat vacated by William Francis Smith;[1] he was confirmed by the Senate on April 11, 1962, and received his commission on April 12th. He served until his death on July 9, 1972. Shaw was succeeded in this position by Vincent Biunno.
