Robert Lee Williams (1868-1948) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.[1]

Judicial career
Tenth Circuit
Williams was nominated to the Tenth Circuit by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on March 25, 1937, to fill the seat vacated by Judge George Thomas McDermott. He was confirmed by the Senate on April 20, 1937, and received commission the next day On March 31, 1939, Williams assumed senior status. He served on this court until his death on April 10, 1948.[1]
Eastern District of Oklahoma
Williams was nominated to the Eastern District of Oklahoma by President Woodrow Wilson on December 3, 1918, to fill the seat vacated by Judge Ralph Campbell. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 7, 1919, and received commission that same day. He served on this court until April 21, 1937, when he was appointed to the Tenth Circuit.[1] Williams was succeeded in this position by Judge Eugene Rice.
