Roger D. Foley (1917-1996) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

Foley was nominated by President John F. Kennedy on June 12, 1962, to a new seat created by 75 Stat. 80; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 29, 1962, and received his commission on July 2, 1962. From 1963-1980, he served as the chief judge. He assumed senior status on October 29, 1982. He served the District of Nevada until his death on January 7, 1996. Foley was succeeded in this position by Lloyd George.
