Samuel Hubbel Treat, Jr. (1811-1887) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
He was nominated by President Franklin Pierce on March 3, 1855. He was confirmed by the Senate and received commission that same day. He served until his death on March 27, 1887.[1]
