Samuel Jordan Graham (1859-1951) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.
Graham was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Woodrow Wilson. He was commissioned on July 28, 1919. He assumed senior status on May 1, 1930 and served in that capacity until his death on January 20, 1951.[1]
