Sherry J. Nichols was a magistrate judge of the First District of Iowa. She was appointed to this position in 1996 to serve the counties of Winneshiek and Fayette.[1]
Education
Nichols received her bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Minnesota in 1970 and 1973, respectively.[2]
Career
Nichols is a former juvenile referee and worked, in addition to her magistrate duties, as a private practice lawyer in Decorah, IA.[2]
