Solomon Lewis Withey (1820-1886) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
He was nominated by President Abraham Lincoln on March 10, 1863. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 11, 1863, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on April 25, 1886.[1] Withey was succeeded in this position by Henry Franklin Severens.
