Thomas Charles Munger (1861-1941) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.
He was nominated by President Theodore Roosevelt on February 27, 1907. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 1, 1907, and received commission that same day. On July 31, 1941, he assumed senior status. He served until his death on November 29, 1941. Munger was succeeded in this position by John Delehant.
