Thomas Porter Hawley (1830-1907) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

He was nominated by President Benjamin Harrison on August 30, 1890. He was confirmed by the Senate on September 9, 1890, and received commission that same day. He retired on June 30, 1906.[1]
