Thomas T. Woodall is a former judge on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. He was appointed to the court by Republican Governor Don Sundquist in December 1996 and was retained in 1998, 2006, and 2014.[1][2] He retired on December 31, 2020.[3]
Education
Woodall received his undergraduate degree from Tennessee Tech and his J.D. from the University of Memphis in 1981. He was admitted to practice law in Tennessee that same year.[2]
