Upton Scott Heath (1784-1852) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.[1]
He was nominated by President Andrew Jackson on April 1, 1836 to a seat vacated by Elias Glenn. He was confirmed by the Senate on April 4, 1836, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on February 21, 1852.[1] Heath was succeeded in this position by John Glenn.
