Vernon B. Clark was a judge of the 30th Judicial District in Louisiana. He was first elected on September 21, 1996, and retired from the bench in December 2017.[1][2]
Biography
Clark earned a B.S. from Northwestern State University and a J.D. from Loyola University-New Orleans. He was admitted to the bar in 1976.[3]
