William Lee Dwyer (1929-2002) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Dwyer was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on July 28, 1987, to a seat vacated by Donald Voorhees; he was confirmed by the Senate on November 5, 1987, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on December 1, 1998. He served the Western District of Washington until his death on February 12, 2002. Dwyer was succeeded in this position by Marsha Pechman.
