Reason for reporting: All of these users belong to the same enwiki SPI page, have already caused multiple file deletions, and many relevant users in the same SPI are already locked. ✓ Done I've deleted everything remaining from these three accounts as copyvios except for File:School of Arts in Jaipur.jpg, which is actually in the public domain, so I fixed that one. This user has been evading their block since 2006 (they even have their own little Wikipedia article [1]), having been blocked across multiple platforms (including Commons [2] [3] [4] [5]) countless times.
