Although you were categorized into Category:Nishi Tokyo Bus in Image:Nishitokyocityhanabus.JPG ,This car is not the vehicle of the Nishitokyo bus but a vehicle of the community bus "Hana Bus (ja:はなバス) " in Nishi-Tokyo City, and since it was indicated as the "Seibu bus" into the car body, I have changed a category into Category:Seibu Bus. In addition, as for the category about the Nishi-Tokyo bus, I created Category:Nishitokyo Bus. I would appreciate your favor from now on. はじめまして（Joさんの御名前は大阪関連の画像でよく拝見していますので、はじめましてという気がしないのですが^^）。当件、小生のノートで丁寧に説明していただき、ありがとうございます。私、Formerへの移動に異論は全く無いという意思を表明いたします。このような命名に関する経緯があるとは存ぜず、既にCategoryがあったことを調べず新規Categoryを作成したことで、Joさんには余計なお手数をおかけすることになって申し訳ございませんでした。先ほど当該画像のFormerへの移動等をCategory作成者の責任において実施いたしました。ご連絡いたします。

Hey mate, I've had an idea of starting an Aviation WikiProject on Commons. I have created a page at User talk:Russavia/Proposal where I hope that if other editors think this is a good idea, we can all come up with ideas, etc. Please keep all comments on that page for time being, and if you know of other editors on Commons or on other language projects who might be interested in commenting, coming up with ideas, etc, please let them know of the discussion. こんにちは。Category:Commons-jaからCategory:Japanへいくつかの画像を移動なさったのを拝見しました。たしかにCommons-jaというカテゴリに入るべきではない画像だったと思いますが、Japan もまた人物や建築物の画像には適していないように思います。今後はたとえば建築物でしたらCategory:Buildings in Japan、できればその下の細分化されたカテゴリなどをご検討くださるとありがたいです。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします--whym (talk) 14:15, 19 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A community discussion has been closed where the consensus was to grant all file movers the suppressredirect user right. This will allow file movers to not leave behind a redirect when moving files and instead automatically have the original file name deleted. Policy never requires you to suppress the redirect, suppression of redirects is entirely optional.
Possible acceptable uses of this ability:
- To move recently uploaded files with an obvious error in the file name where that error would not be a reasonable redirect. For example: moving "Sheep in a tree.jpg" to "Squirrel in a tree.jpg" when the image does in fact depict a squirrel.
- To perform file name swaps.
- When the original file name contains vandalism. (File renaming criterion #5)
Please note, this ability should be used only in certain circumstances and only if you are absolutely sure that it is not going to break the display of the file on any project. Redirects should never be suppressed if the file is in use on any project. When in doubt, leave a redirect. If you forget to suppress the redirect in case of file name vandalism or you are not fully certain if the original file name is actually vandalism, leave a redirect and tag the redirect for speedy deletion per G2.
The malicious or reckless breaking of file links via the suppressredirect user right is considered an abuse of the file mover right and is grounds for immediate revocation of that right. This message serves as both a notice that you have this right and as an official warning.
