Headhunter is an infamous assassin for hire who always shoots twice; the second shot being his trademark since he never misses the first shot. He is known for being contracted by crimelord Vincent Morelli to kill James Gordon, making him an enemy to Batman. Headhunter was created by Jim Aparo and Doug Moench, first appearing in Batman #487.
