Maria Contranetti (Created Equal)
Maria Contranetti was a super-villain Green Lantern.
Originally she was a feminist and was an aspiring stand-up comedian attending college. After a mysterious plague killed every man on the planet, she discovered Kyle Rayner's Green Lantern Ring and used it towards her own ends. Eventually the Justice League hunted her down and forced her to give up her weapon... which was then given to her successor in the Green Lantern Corps, Barbara Gordon.[1]
