Oracle III (Prime Earth)

Oracle was a robot created in a secret facility by Barbara Gordon during her time as Oracle.

Barbara modeled the robot after the Oracle symbol and planned on using Oracle to assist her with operations since she was in a wheelchair at the time. However, Barbara got a spine implant and returned to the identity of Batgirl. Since she didn't need Oracle anymore, she abandoned Oracle in the base, not knowing that Oracle was fully functional. When the Terrible Trio found the bunker, they reactivated Oracle, who with the help of Lex Luthor was able to get revenge on Batgirl for abandoning her. She used the Terrible Trio as her pawns and decided to hurt Batgirl and draw her attention first. In order to do this, she set Burnside on fire.
