This man was the team leader of Python, a special squad sent into the African nation of Nairomi in 2015.^[1]

Using Lois Lane's credentials as an established reporter, the CIA sent asset Talon as the photographer for her interview with the warlord Amajagh. Python team held a nearby location awaiting Talon's confirmation of Amajagh's location, upon which the team leader ignored orders to stand down and led Python in to rescue Lois.

The CIA called in a drone strike on the compound, but Superman intervened to save Lois, leaving Python to extract her. The team leader approached her as she grabbed her things, surrounded by mourning villagers and the charred remains of Amajagh's men that would later be blamed on Superman.^[1]
