Decisive Report is a Legendary Demon Hunter spaulders in Diablo Immortal. When equipped, it adds a buff to Multishot.

• Legendary: Multishot now knocks enemies away. This cannot affect players more often than 1 time every 6 seconds.

Fledgling hunters train their strength by wearing weights on their shoulders, then pulling greatbows to full draw and holding them until their arms lose feeling.
