“… Please, say that again. I think age is finally starting to affect me.” Bong Man-Deuk, the CEO of Giren Plant said with a weak laugh. But his smile started to die down seeing the blank expression on Sihoo Park’s face.

Yesterday was my last day.’ Those had been his words not even a minute ago.

“You do realize you need to notify of your leave-”

“Twenty days ago.” Sihoo nodded. “I filled the necessary paperwork with HR, and your Wife; Lee Mi-Sook, received and approved the paperwork.”

“…” Bong’s face turned into a scowl. “Why didn’t she notify me of this?”

She was most likely busy getting fucked over 24/7 by that bastard.’ He suppressed the thought, focusing on the present rather than the past as he noticed the CEO typing his keyboard furiously, only to slam his fist on the table.

“Indeed… she approved your resignation… what the fuck is that bitch thinking!?” Bong leaned back on his chair before opening a drawer to take out a bottle of whiskey and a glass.

The reason for his outburst was understandable, after all, Sihoo Park was a lead engineer and team leader of his division. A fundamental part of the company, especially after the last few weeks. His leaving now would be detrimental to the Company.

“… is this because of what happened earlier in the month?” Bong asked with a frown, to which Sihoo shook his head.

“Not entirely… but that event made me realize I need to change a lot of things around me; that includes this work environment.”

The man chuckled. “You say that as if we abused you.” Again, the lack of emotion on Sihoo’s face told him something was going on. But before he could ask about it, Sihoo started speaking.

“As I mentioned, my last day was yesterday. I already retrieved my things yesterday, I only came here because I know Lee Mi-Sook will probably dismiss what I have to say.”

Bong raised an eyebrow at the mention of his wife once more. Their marriage might be one of only appearances, and each of them did whatever they wanted, with whomever they wanted. But he always admitted that Lee was ultimately responsible for her job.

“I prepared all the documentation for the current projects, along with notes for the other teams on their next step.”

Bong looked confused for a moment. “Wait… what do you mean by the other teams?”

“You will have to ask your wife about that.” Bong felt more ominous the more his Wife was brought into the topic. “Park Aram should be able to follow up for a while. Although I would suggest you seek another lead engineer immediately.” He bowed and then turned around preparing to leave.

Bong just stared, recalling the first time he met Sihoo Park, a hard-working man who wanted to support his wife. Even though recently, Bong found he was going through a divorce. The CEO knew his Wife had seduced him, so maybe that was the cause of all of this. But he just knew there was something more going on… in the end, he just could think it was because of that recent event in Sihoo’s life.

“… I am sorry for your lost.” Sihoo stopped dead track, his hand had barely touched the door’s handle. “I know it’s harder for you at the moment… but you have to think about what she might have wanted for you.”

Sihoo looked over his shoulder. “I do… and it’s for this very reason I am leaving.”

Whatever doubt there was in Bong’s mind about something going on, was long gone now.

“Despite everything, I am thankful to you, and the chance you had given me… which is why I am going to give you some advice… whatever you decide to take it, it’s up to you.”

The CEO scowled, waiting for Sihoo’s words to come out of his mouth.

Sihoo gently closed the door to Bong’s office. He turned around, only to see many people he had good relations with murmuring. Clearly, the lack of things on his desk was a clear indication he was leaving.

Speaking of his spot, he walked to next to it; right in time to see Park Aram just arriving at work.

“… Team leader.” She greeted him, but only out of courtesy. Her gaze shifted to the side, hiding a blush and a ghost-like smile; clearly mocking him. However, her eyes widened in confusion as he noticed his workstation, which was next to hers, was now empty. Meanwhile, hers seemed to have a lot of folders.

“Team-”

“Stop calling me that,” he suddenly said, holding out every emotion in his being. “On your desk, there’s everything you need to check, I am sure you will be fine seeing you have been ‘helping’ and ‘learning’ from my work.”

That was a lie, and both knew it. Because her most recent work was anything but related to the tasks he had been handling for the past few weeks.

“A lot of people will be counting on you for a while,” he walked past her without care. “So you better put on the work.”

Park Aram started to tremble, seeing something big had landed on her shoulder. And she already felt like crumbling, because she could sense the gazes of many people Sihoo Park had been in charge of, waiting for her to say something.

In the end, Aram had regressed to how she had been before meeting Sihoo Park, an introvert with communication problems. And the only person that had given her the strength to break off that shell, was now gone.

Mina Seo walked through the halls of the company, humming with a light blush on her face. Despite being so early in the morning, she had the urge of going on a smoking break, but that was an excuse. Again, she could not get Jungwoo Lee off her head. And although she had the best relation Lee Mi-sook, she couldn’t help but call her a genius for bringing him to the company.

Thanks to that, she could have sex almost at any moment of the day; even though she still had to pretty much compromise in sharing with the three others, but that didn’t change what Jungwoo made her feel while he fucked her; contrary to some other people.

“Oh…”

And speaking of said, people.

“Going for a smoke break as well, Sihoo Park.”

Her former lover didn’t look at her, staring only at the elevator door. “I quit smoking.”

“Really?” she asked a little surprised, a small smirk adorned her face. “I suppose it’s for the best. We wouldn’t want the future father to be in poor health, right?”

She internally chuckled; knowing full well the baby in Sia Choi was most likely Jungwoo’s.

A part of her felt bad for what she and the others did to Sihoo Park, but he was also at fault for not listening to her and accepting his own faults when it mattered; now it was just too late.

“Despite what your relationship with your Wife might be,” she crossed her arms behind her back and made a cute gesture with her head. “Please make sure to work hard for your future son.”

Not a single reaction, making Mina scowl as the elevator opened. “Not so sure about that.”

She raised an eyebrow at his response, watching him descend on the elevator. But not before making sure he had the last word as the doors closed. “I really hope to never see you again.”

“… The hell is he on about?”

 Lee Me-Sook.

The second person with the most authority in the company after his ‘husband’ Boon-Man-Deuk. Everyone looked up to her due to her responsibility and dedication to her word. She was also secretly complimented due to her beauty despite being in her Forties; looking like she was only in her early thirties.

However, what only a few people knew was the fact that she was kind of a sex addict. And it was those very same tendencies that led her to seduce Sihoo Park during a business trip while his wife was having her own affair. She had claimed he didn’t need to think anything about their illicit relationship, but the more time passed, the more she realized she was fooling herself. At some point, she even started to console him with the state of his marriage and his relationship with Mina Seo, showing she cared a little.

But She had grown jealous when she found out he started to have a serious relationship with Park Aram. She had tried to connect with him again, asking for another night together, but he had rejected her claiming he wanted to maintain an honest relationship with Aram.

And so, out of spite, he contacted Jungwoo Lee; the person that ruined Sihoo Park’s marriage and made sure to steal every single person that been interested in him.

Whatever feeling she had for Park Sihoo, vanished whenever Jungwoo fucked her. Sadly, seeing Sihoo Park and Aram together irritated her, to the point she carved more of Jungwoo’s touch even at work.

In the end, she managed to hire him in the company. He never got a higher education and was just a swimming instructor; the only thing he would have to do was be next to her whenever her urges raised.

But she never expected him to be so ballsy. He had demanded his salary to be higher than Sihoo Park, who was a lead engineer in the Company. Of course, the most logical part of her quickly rejected the idea, but Jungwoo just knew how to persuade her.

Sihoo Park’s face of shock when he saw the man that ruined his life walking next to her was just too priceless. But it just wasn’t enough for her, because her irritation whenever he saw Sihoo and Aram together kept raising. It was then that Jungwoo suggested a devilish idea; stealing Park Aram from Sihoo.

At first, that seemed to be a challenge, seeing as Sihoo had been on guard since day one. But with her power over him as his Boss, she had managed to send him on a business trip. It only took one night for the poor girl to fall, and to make sure Sihoo knew, they sent a video of the act.

When he returned, Sihoo Park looked more broken than anything; giving Lee Mi-Sook a sense of satisfaction she didn’t know she needed.

Despite everything, Sihoo kept working; but everyone could see the aura of depression around him, but she didn’t care. As for her, Jungwoo kept fucking her to her delight… sadly, the same applies to all of the previous women he had stolen from Sihoo Park, and he even started sleeping with members of the staff.

She had grown jealous again, but unlike with Sihoo, she was able to get past her jealousy… Jungwoo was just too good. So good that she grew obsessed with the time, to the point she had piled her work on Sihoo, who didn’t complain in the slightest seeing how broken he was.

This now brings us to the present.

“Noona. Do we really have to come back so soon? Wouldn’t you prefer being back on your bed?” Jungwoo Lee swiftly moved his hand behind her rear as both walked into the company’s lobby.

“Your Noona needs to show up from time to time to make sure things are going smoothly.” She smirked and blushed at his touch. “I know you can’t hold yourself, but could you be more prudent? There are people around.”

The blonde simply smirked. “There’s only the security guards, whom you could easily order to stay quiet.” He fully grasped her rear, making her almost let out a moan in the process. “Also, isn’t your ‘Golden Boy’ so good at his job that you shouldn’t even bother?”

“Even a Queen needs to see the state of her kingdom,” she managed to say in an even voice as both waited for the elevator. “If you are so bored, I am pretty sure there are a few… people here that could maintain you entertained.”

Jungwoo’s smirk widened for a moment, only to retrieve his hand the moment the elevator moment. Although, it seemed as if there hadn’t been a need to do that, seeing Sihoo Park was the only person in the elevator.

“Oh. Shouldn’t members of the staff be working by now?” Jungwoo had no issue with showing a smug smile.

“They should.” Lee Mi-Sook commented with a scowl.

She was about to question him why he wasn’t working, but her words died down in indignation as he simply walked around them; just barely acknowledging their existence.

“Where do you think you are going?” she reached for him, getting a hold of his wrist.

“… Isn’t it obvious?” he asked with an almost dead tone. It was at that moment that Lee Mi-Sook noticed something different in Sihoo. Yes, the man was definitely tired and his eyes seemed empty… no, that was the difference. At a simple glance, someone wouldn't be able to notice, but she could see the silent hate in his eyes as he focused on her. “I Quit.”

Her eyes widened as he got free of her grasp, paying no more attention to her as he headed his way.

“On whose autorotation!?” She asked, recovering from her shock as Sihoo just continued walking.

“Yours, but I guess you were pretty busy with other stuff to realize what you were signing. Oh, one last thing,” he stopped for a moment, looking over his shoulder. But he didn’t look at her, but at the person who ruined her life. “Enjoy your debauchery while you can.”

Jungwoo only narrowed his eyes for a moment before he smirked. Sihoo had nothing left, and no way to do anything as long as he had Lee Mi-Sook at his side.

Such empty threats.’ He thought only to realize the worried expression in his Noona before she rushed to the elevator with Jungwoo behind him.

Lee Mi-Sook walked quickly to her area, mainly to speak with her ‘husband.’

But her tracks stopped as she noticed a number of people gathered around what used to be Sihoo’s desk… no, they were around Aram’s.

“We are waiting, what’s taking so long?”

“So inefficient.”

“Weren’t you supposed to already know this?”

Many voices were heard.

Lee Mi-Sook got closer, making her presence known so everyone would disperse. She looked at Park Aram, watching frenetically at various folders at the same time; clearly lost in what she had to do and on the verge of crying.

Even if Lee had a good idea of what was going on, she prepared to ask Aram-

“Lee Mi-Sook!” everyone almost jumped off their sits as she looked at her ‘husband’. “My office, now!”

She scowled, not recalling the last time he had the audacity to scream at her like this. Although she could understand his outburst.

Meanwhile, Jungwoo just stared as Lee Mi-sook walked to Bong’s office, who just happened to be looking at him with a clear scowl, making a gulp for a moment.

He knew those two had an open relationship, and Bong knew of the relationship between Lee and Jungwoo. The man honestly hadn’t cared, but now it seemed as if his behavior had shifted.

He blinked. The sudden sound of sobbing caught his attention. He looked to the side to see Aram finally breaking down, making him smirk as he found his distraction.

He walked to her, calmly patting her head. “You poor thing, it seems you need a break.”

She looked up, blushing as he saw his smile; internally calming down… and getting horny as he took his hand. “Why don’t we go and find a place to help you re-”

“She’s not going anywhere.” A member of the staff suddenly said, getting a hold of Jungwoo’s shoulder to push him back. “We’re still waiting for her to instruct us on what needs to be done now?”

The blonde forced a gentle smile on his face. “She isn’t even a team leader. I don’t think she has the knowledge to know that.”

“She was Sihoo Park’s assistant, who had been working and preparing various projects for the last weeks.” Jungwoo’s smile broke the moment he heard that bastard's name. “She’s supposed to know, and we were left to know she knew the details of the projects.”

“Yeah… but I seem to recall she had been absent during work hours working hours for a while now.” Another staff member commented, making both Jungwoo and Aram flinch seeing the former was the reason she was skipping working hours.

“That explains why Sihoo looked so exhausted these past few months,” the staff scowled at her. “Makes sense when the person that was supposed to help him was lazing around.”

Aram started to sob again, feeling trapped and judged by everyone’s glare. She looked around, looking for Jungwoo, giving him a desperate look… but he just scowled before turning around, making her look in shock as he basically abandoned her.

I hate troublesome situations,’ he thought, heading off his way to look if Mina was available, leaving Park Aram alone; trying to process what just happened as the staff members continued pressuring her.

Lee Mi-Sook scowled, seeing Bong’s computer screen; her confirmation for dismissal for Sihoo was clear as day.

“What the fuck were you thinking?” the man asked as he served himself a shot. “Or maybe you weren’t thinking at all while that blonde boy toy of yours rammed you from behind.”

Yes.’ She thought before glaring at him

“How bad is it?”

Bong stared incredulously at her before taking his shot. “Oh, I know how bad it is. But clearly, the person that hasn’t been reading Sihoo’s daily logs hasn’t after you apparently pinned all your damn work on him.”

Bong was a busy man as a CEO, he didn’t have the time to look around his Company twenty-four-seven; that’s why he had people under him to do that, the work her ‘Wife’ was supposed to do and clearly overlooked.

“There has to be something in the book to drag Sihoo Park back.”

“There isn’t. He notified you and HR of his resignation twenty days before the fact. He also left the documentation and warned all of the people involved in the currently running projects. By all means and right, he did everything by the book.”

Lee ran her hand through her face. “I… I will get him back.”

Bong snorted. “Good luck with that. Because I could see the disdain in his eyes every time your name was mentioned, I wonder why?” he narrowed his eyes. “And it looked like it was for something more than just pilling extra work on him,” his stare just increased “Which brings me to this,” he typed a few things on the keyboard, making Jungwoo’s profile appear.

“I knew he was only here as your boy toy; there’s only so much knowledge a fucking swimming instructor can have.” She flinched at how deadly his voice was becoming, especially as he pointed at his income. “But at this fucking salary!” it was the third biggest salary in the company, right after Lee Mi-Sook’s. “Is his dick really worth that much?”

Her mouth almost moved out of instinct to give a positive answer while Bong sighed.

“There is this saying about no single worker is ever unexpendable, because if he were to be gone; the whole organization of a company would fall. And guess what did you do when you put all your work on him?”

“I can always pick up where he left off.” She scowled, knowing that Aram would never understand the documentation Sihoo left, it was too complicated for her level, but Lee could.

“You better, because we are reaching a deadline with our clients.” Lee nodded as she stood, leaving the office without a single word, leaving Bong along as he changed the screen to reveal various security videos of Jungwoo Lee screwing various members of the staff; not just his ‘wife’

Separate from her; she will be a nuisance sooner or later.’ Sihoo’s warning came to mind. He knew there was more than met the eye between Sihoo, his wife, and Jugwoo Lee; and he could already guess what it was.

Fucked.

That was how her current situation was; royally fucked.

Yes, Lee Mi-Sook could take care of this. But there were a few problems.

First, it was too much information to digest in so little time.

Second, there had been a lot of things that had been approved by her; deliveries, tasks, etc. All she was supposed to be monitoring for the past weeks was just finding out.

Third; Sihoo had made sure to document every bit of communication between him and herself. Even if she had been busy when she approved all of these, there was proof of her decision regardless of what she had been doing.

In other words, if all of this came down, only she would be blamed due to negligence and work avoidance… well… at least not just her.

Her eyes darted to the work desk a couple of feet away from her to see Park Aram, struggling to understand her own tasks.

It was already nighttime, and only both of them remained; trying to make sense of all of this.

When they realized it was just too much, she tried to call his number; but the bastard had deactivated it. Lee then remembered that Sihoo has started living in Aram’s place. But when asked about it, she said that he had left her place with his stuff when she found out about her infidelity.

She had called her useless at that moment, making Aram flinch before looking down in a depressed state. By all means and right, she was a good worker, but she had an inferiority complex of sorts; she only managed to get better with time thanks to Sihoo Park, giving her positive reinforcement. But thanks to today’s events and the staff's harassment… it looked like she had regressed back to the shy and depressed girl she used to be.

Lee rubbed her hair in stress, not seeing a way out of this mess any time soon.

“Still working?”

Her eyes darted up to see Jungwoo approaching her, with the annoying presence of Mina Seo next to him. She couldn’t help but twitch seeing she was flustered and how messy their clothes were along with a few noticeable stains… but above all else, it was the clear stench coming off both of them.

“I am afraid I am going to be stuck here for a while, you may go home.” He scowled at how easily he was dismissed, but Mina quickly changed his thoughts by wrapping her arms around his.

“What a shame. But don’t worry, I will be taking care of him tonight,” Mina exclaimed with a smug smile while looking at Lee Ming-soo. “We can’t even see if Aram wants to join.”

Aram Park flinched at the mention of her name, looking over to see who had called her. Her eyes seemed to become dead at the sight of Jungwoo, easily remembering how he abandoned her earlier in the day.

He smiled, thinking a little bit of his persuasion would change her mind. But someone had other plans.

“She has to stay,” Lee stated with complete authority. “And so should you. Or didn’t your leader division tell you how dire things were?” she asked with narrowed eyes, to which Mina just shrugged.

“And yet everyone else went home already. Pretty sure this is just an exaggeration on your part.”

“If only,” her eyes widened, as did the rest before looking at the source of the voice to see Bong Man-deuk stepping off his office, ready to leave.

“… You were still here?” Lee asked, seeing her husband be this late in the company was something new to her.

“Of course, I am,” he glared at her. “After all, someone needs to do damage control of your fucking mess.” He then looked at Mina Seo. “The Company will be going through tough times these next weeks, and I am gonna need for some people to get their head or anything of the kind off their ass.” He then narrowed his eyes at Jungwoo. “And more importantly, I need people who actually do some actual fucking job around here, and not literally fucking around.”

Jungwoo scowled at the man. But he really had no power because the man in front of him wasn’t like Sihoo Park.

“And one last thing,” he said as he headed out of the office. “Learn to take a fucking bath, both of you smell like putrid fish.”

Mina covered her hand in embarrassment, while Jungwoo just stared, recalling Sihoo’s threat in the morning of the same day. He actually started to think the threat was becoming a reality.

Two weeks later

Sia Choi scowled.

Lee Mi-Sook had contacted her a day after Sihoo had quit and mysteriously disappeared.

She honestly didn’t care much anymore about him. It was Jungwoo who had talked her into their machination of using him to take care of the baby that was growing in her belly.

During their Illicit Relation, Jungwoo had claimed he had performed a vasectomy when she found out about her pregnancy, making her panic seeing Sihoo was already insisting on a divorce. She could not let that happen, after all; she was only a mere housewife, and Sihoo was a professional that earned a lot.

She had blamed Jungwoo for her predicament, even if he had ‘supposedly’ not impregnated her. So, he came up with a plan, stealing Mina Seo from Sihoo. All of this so Sia could play the role of the guilty and caring wife for him.

But the more time she spent with Jungwoo, the more she forgot about her situation with Sihoo. Jungwoo even started to become more possessive of her, to the point he even revealed that the child growing in her might actually be his. So, he had another idea, make Sihoo take responsibility for their baby. It made sense to her, after all, Jungwoo was just a mere swimming instructor at the time.

There was just one little problem, Sihoo wasn’t an idiot. He knew of the possibility of Jungwoo being the father; so, he asked for a test after Sia claimed her lover had performed a vasectomy. That’s where she was introduced to Lee Mi-Sook; Sihoo’s direct superior and definitely someone Jungwoo was sleeping with. With her influence, they were able to alter the results of the test, making Sihoo accept the fake reality they set for him.

Even though Jungwoo got a position in Sihoo’s company and got a bigger salary than him, they still kept the façade against her ‘Husband’.

Life was perfect… or so it seemed. Things started to become tense in the Company after Sihoo’s sudden leave. She didn’t care about the women Jungwoo was fucking, but Jungwoo himself started to come home exhausted, and it wasn’t due to Sex. Apparently, the CEO had started to put hard labor work on Jungwoo, leaving him more exhausted compared to when day have hours of sex.

Worse of all, she recently just entered a stage in her pregnancy in which sex is no longer something to consider if she wanted a healthy baby.

She had accepted this, seeing there was nothing to do but wait for things to turn around. But then, something weird changed last night when Jungwoo received a notification from the bank. His monthly pay had arrived with a value of nothing, zero, nada.

He was infuriated, to the point he almost had her way with her despite her state. But he was too tired to do anything at the moment. He had tried to call Lee Mi-Sook, but he couldn’t contact her, probably because she was still busy with overwork.

“… this is all your fault, Sihoo Park.” She sighed, sitting inside of a café; not noticing two people approaching her.

“Always blaming others, and never accepting your own faults.” Her eyes widened at the sound of a familiar voice.

“Sihoo.” She said with a surprised voice as he and another man in a suit sat on the other side of her table. Her eyes narrowed, recovering from her surprise. His state was definitely better than the last time she saw him, he had clearly rested from all the work Lee Mi-Sook had put him through, but she didn’t care about that. “Do you have any idea of what you have caused?”

Sihoo didn’t react, nor said anything, making her realize his eyes reflected absolutely nothing when he stared at her; this irked her. Sia prepared herself to lash at him, but the man next to him beat her to it.

“My client will refrain from speaking with you as much as possible,” the man took out a piece of paper from some folders he was carrying and then place it on the table. “You will be dealing with me for the moment.” Her eyes narrowed at the document she recognized at a simple glance; A Divorce form.

“Really? A Lawyer?” She snorted. “You thought you would get away from raising your child if you get a divorce?” her eyes narrowed as a smirk adorned her lips. “I suppose as long as you pay for child su-”

“That won’t be happening.” The Lawyer interrupted her as he placed a folder on the table. “My client wants to resolve this in the most peaceful way possible,” his eyes narrowed. “But we came prepared in case you made things more complicated than they should be.”

She raised an eyebrow, going for the folder and its contents. In it, there were several profiles of various women and what she guessed were their children from ages one to seven… some of them looked awfully familiar for some reason. “… What’s this supposed to be?”

“Those would all be Jungwoo Lee’s past flings…” Her eyes widened, realizing that those children looked so familiar to her. “And his children.”

She bit her lower lip, already realizing the power play Sihoo was trying to pull. “This doesn’t mean anything,” she looked at Sihoo. “He could have performed the vasectomy some time ago.”

“Which brings me to this piece of evidence.” The Lawyer gently presented another paper. It was the confirmation of a transaction of one Lee Mi-Sook to a clinic that also was also awfully familiar to her… it was the clinic where Jungwoo performed his sperm exam to see if he was sterile. Her eye widened in realization. “We even have a testimony of the specialist that falsified this report, confirming the results were forged.”

“… How-”

“How we acquired this information is not relevant,” he tapped his fingers on the papers. “What is relevant is the crimes you have committed with these actions,” she tensed as he started to count her crimes. “Knowing and having a part in the forgery and manipulation of official documents, and trying to trick my client into raising a child that isn’t his. We have more than enough to build a solid case against you.”

She gripped her fist. “What do you want?” she pretty much gritted her teeth with that question.

“As we said,” the lawyer pushed the divorce form to her. “A peaceful resolution.”

She looked at Sihoo, disdain full in her eyes towards the man… only to then smirk before taking a pen to sign the documents.

“You know what? Fine!” she said in a rather low voice, getting some people's attention. “I don’t need you anymore anyway. Jungwoo is earning more than you at the moment, while you are unemployed. Not to mention he had taken everyone you had cared about. take your little freedom, because as far as I am concerned; You. Have. Nothing.”

She finished filling the form, with a satisfied smile on her face… only for both men to sigh in relief after the Lawyer secured the form. “Fucking. Finally.” The Lawyer said, dropping all professionalism as he laid back on his chair. “You never told me she loved to hear the sound of her own voice.”

Sihoo shrugged. “I told you she loved to assume being right.”

Sir scowled after a moment, not understanding how Sihoo could be so relieved all of the sudden after all of the truths that came out of her mouth. “… How the fuck can you be so calm?”

“Oh… simple,” his eyes became void when he addressed her. “You were wrong in every single statement you just said.” A drop of sweat rolled down her cheek.  “Jugwoo didn’t take everything for me, he just took away the cancers in my life.” She flinched at how cold and natural he said it… contrary to the Sihoo Park she remembered. “Also, contrary to some useless swimming instructor and cheating housewife; I got a higher education, which I am using to move on with my life.” Her eye twitched. “And lastly, and more importantly… tell me, how much did Jungwoo make this month?”

Her eyes widened, remembering he got nothing paid yesterday. “… what did you do?”

The scariest part of it all was that even now there wasn’t a single smug smile on his face.

“Oh, I did plenty. After all, I needed to ensure every single one of you got what you deserved.”

“But-” she started to stutter. “But you said you wished for a peaceful resolution.”

Sihoo nodded. “For the divorce, everything else is just Karma waiting to happen… which brings me to this.” Sihoo tapped the profile of all the women Jungwoo had fucked. “Did you really think I just collected this information to make you sign the papers?”

Sia only stared, her eyes slowly widened as she realized what he meant.

“Ma’am, wait! You haven’t paid!” a waitress in the café shouted the moment Sia Choi darted from her sit and out of the café.

“She sure is energetic for a pregnant woman.” The Lawyer snorted. “Should we follow her, the main show should be starting soon anyway?”

Sihoo looked at Sia outside of the café, being forced to pay after being caught by the waitress.

“Nah… let’s give her a head start… and see how everything burns for them.

“What is the meaning of this!?” Jungwoo Lee exclaimed angrily as he slammed a document on Bong Man-Deuk’s table. “Why wasn’t I paid this month!?”

The CEO snorted. “Only because you have a big dick doesn’t mean you can talk to me this way, boy.” He looked past the blonde, noticing that he had forgotten to close the door; everyone in the area looked curiously at what was going on while his ‘Wife’, who also noticed this, rushed into the office before closing the door.

“What the hell is going on?” she asked, only to see Jungwoo scowl at her before handing her the paper; her eyes widened as she saw Jungwoo did not get paid this month.

“I am pretty sure this count as corporate negligence.”

Bong didn’t react to Jungwoo’s threat and simply snorted again as if he had heard a good joke. “Surprised a swimming instructor even knows what that means. But no, it wasn’t, after all,” he turned his computer screen at Jungwoo. “You didn’t file your working hours this month… nor the past months since you started working here as a matter of fact.”

“The hell’s that supposed to mean?” Jungwoo pretty much screamed before looking at Lee, who was pinching the bridge between her eyes.

“Everyone but I and the CEO have to file their individual working hours to justify the salary one earns.” She sighed, making a gesture with her hand. “There’s no issue, he will just report then now and the issue should be solved by the end of the day.”

“There’s no need for that. I was already checking on his work.” Bong said with a neutral face before making another window appear on the screen, or rather, several windows. Lee’s and Jungwoo’s eyes widened as they saw several recordings of not just both of them fucking in the office, but also of Jungwoo with Aram, Mina, and many other female staff members. “Although I am pretty sure fucking doesn’t fit the work criteria.”

“… How-?” Lee couldn’t help but mutter. She had been covering for Jungwoo’s antics since he entered the company, ordering the security team to delete any and all of the records on the sport. She honestly didn’t believe she would go against her… something else was going on. “How did you get this?”

Bong just smirked, opting to stay quiet instead of answering.

“So what?” Lee gave a separate smile. “What do you expect to get out of this? You knew why I hired him? I don’t see how-”

“I have no idea what you are talking about,” But stopped her mercilessly. “I just noticed such debauchery in my company and headed to talk with HR about how such a bastard could be working here. It turns out the head of HR was pressured by none other than you, Lee Mi-Sook.”

That was partly bullshit.

Leaving aside the fact that he did know, Bong went to talk with the head of HR about those very videos; reaching an agreement to put the excuse of Lee Mi-Sook abusing her position in the Company.

“And as a good Boss, I went to question all of the women in the video to not show any favoritism.” All but Lee, Mina, and Aram. “All of them claiming mister Pool boy here raped them.”

Jungwoo snorted. “That’s ridiculous, all of them came to me willingly.” A big lie. He came into them with a little too much force. But in the end, they just let themselves go after experiencing the pleasure he was feeling, many came looking for him after their first time with the blonde.

“It’s your words against them,” Bong, of course, also had a hand in this, threatening each of the girls in the video with ruining their life if they didn’t say the version he had prepared for them. “And we both know how good manipulators women are.” He looked at his ‘Wife’ as he said that.

“…” Lee’s eyes widened in terror. Realizing why he had set her up like that. “You are getting rid of me… you are gonna report me to the board of directors.” The fallout for the Company wouldn’t be as big if there was someone in a high position to put the blame on; that being her in this case.

“And fuck boy over here will go to prison.” Bong leaned back on his table, rejoicing at the man’s expression. “The police are already on their way; let's see how much your dick gets you out of this one.”

Jungwoo growled in anger, quickly turning around and rushing out of the office; ignoring the views of everyone. “Wow, he didn’t hesitate to abandon you… makes me wonder if I should have pulled that one as well ages ago.”

Lee looked in panic at him. “Please… don’t do this to me.” She forced a smile. “We used to love each other ones-”

“And then you fucked the gardener.” Bong bluntly said.

“You were no better!” She snapped, only to then sigh and give her best pleasing look. “Please… don’t report me to the Board.” His smile simply widened, making her eyes wide and her skin turn pale. “You already did.” She fell on her knees, honestly wondering why this was happening to her.

Meanwhile, Bong looked at his phone screen to see a message from Sihoo; his smirk never leaving his face.

A few minutes earlier

Her name was Park Aram.

The second child of a decent Family; the shadow of her successful older brother.

The only thing that her parents expected of her was to find a husband.

But she never got lucky and was easily looked down upon by her parents.

But then she met her Team Leader; Sihoo Park. He was kind, patient, and overall; good to her. They had started a serious relationship; she even introduced him to her family, which in return resulted in them treating her better.

But she ruined it… she had been raped by Jungwoo Lee thanks to some of the machinations of Mina Seo. And even if she had been raped… she enjoyed every single moment of it. To the point, she even sought him and let herself be recorded to send a video to Sihoo, breaking him completely.

At the moment, the ecstasy prevented her from feeling guilty… but now, now that everything was falling apart, she couldn’t help but feel things devolved as they used to be; the scary, useless woman that could not achieve anything.

Her eyes snapped, hearing the phone on her work desk.

There was past two weeks had been exhausting for everyone in the company. It was only a matter of time before the whole Company went into a state of crisis due to Lee Mi-Sook's actions and her Team Leader’s absence.  Everyone, every single team, pretty much had bags under their eyes to make up for the backlog of work they had.

But it looked like things were going to be fine soon… or so she thought.

“Hello?” she asked in a low voice as she answered her phone. Her eyes widened at what she was hearing. “I- I will go right away!” she stood up from her workplace in panic and rushed to the lobby of the building. It was only natural, seeing that her parents were waiting for her for some unknown reason.

“You useless child!” her father pretty much slapped her the moment she got close enough. “One thing! We only asked you to do one simple thing, and you couldn’t even do that!”

Her mother started to cry, clearly feeling shame because of her own daughter.

Meanwhile, Aram could not process what was happening. “Wh- What do you-”

Her father didn’t waste a moment in retrieving his phone to show her a familiar video. The same video of her and Jungwoo having sex, the same video they had sent Sihoo.

“I didn’t raise a cheating whore!” her father slapped her again, making her fall into the ground while everyone around just watched.

“I…” she couldn’t muster another word, entering a state of shock as her life completely crumbled around her. She didn’t even register her parent not even looking at her at the moment; focusing on someone else instead.

“YOU!”

“Just tell me what the fuck is going on?” Mina Seo asked in a frantic state. She spotted Jungwoo Lee rushing into an elevator with a face she had never seen before, making her worry. But he refused to say anything, opting to just remain silent as the elevator went down.

His eyes snapped, reaching for his phone to see Sia Choi calling her. His mind went in a trace for a moment, trying to figure out how to get out of this situation. It was only after the third call that he snapped, deciding to answer if only to tell him to stop bothering her, but she beat him to it.

You need to be careful!

His eyes widened as he ignored Mina’s complaints as they stepped out of the elevator and headed out of the company. “What do you mean?”

Sihoo Park! He-

“YOU!”

Jungwoo’s eyes moved at the source of an unknown voice, only to receive a fist straight in the face, making him step back in pain as he dropped his phone. He gripped his fist in anger, reacting immediately to punch back the person who assaulted him; succeeding without much effort.

“Honey!/Dad!” his eyes snapped, seeing he had punched an elder man. To make things more annoying, he looked to the side to see Aram looking at them in shock.

Shit.’ He looked at the elder man, groaning on the ground as the blonde scowled before heading on his way; ignoring all of the girls' calls, cursing his luck and his choices for not discarding them sooner like every other woman he had slept with.

“There he is! It’s Junwoo Lee!”

“Great, now wh-” his eyes widened, and his words died down, seeing a group of various men charging at him; some of them being awfully familiar. But he didn’t have the time to think about it, opting to start running. But it was already late, as someone grabbed him by the collar of his shirt before forcing him into the ground, only to be subsequently beaten by the angry mob.

“You ruined my life!”

“You ruined my girlfriend!”

Those were the kind of comments he heard, making him realize who these people were. He shouted, asking for help from anyone around as he was punched, kicked, stomped, and even hit with a bat.

But no one came.

He looked to the entrance of the company, seeing a crowd of people gathering. Among them being Mina, Aram, and even Lee Mi-Sook; all of them watching with widened eyes and terror at the display they were witnessing. But his eyes darted at the Company’s CEO, who held back the security from helping as he smirked at the display, only to then make a motion to look at the other side of the street.

He managed to do it despite the beating he was receiving, only to see Sia Choi looking at the scene in shock. But more importantly, he noticed the two men that were a couple of feet away from her. One he recognized pretty easily; the man whose life he ruined, who was now forming a half smirk on his face as he flipped off Jungwoo from the distance.

It was at that moment that he realized everything happening now was because of him.

“SIHOO PARK!” he shouted, only to then be knocked by a bat going straight to his face.

“… I think he’s finally waking up…”

Jungwoo opened his eyes slowly, not being able to feel any part of his body; except for an uncomfortable feeling in his throat… no, it would be more accurate to say there was something in his throat.

“Easy there, kid.” The man he recognized as the one standing next to Sihoo part exclaimed. He couldn’t move a single part of his body, making him start to struggle. “or do that, see if you end up breaking every remaining bone in your body… here.” The man showed him a picture of himself in his current state. His whole body was in a casket, from his legs to his head. “Shame I couldn’t take a picture of how manhandled your body was though.”

Jungwoo wanted a curse, but even that seemed to have been taken away from him. All thanks to-

“Jungwoo Lee.” Sihoo Park stood next to the other man, looking coldly at the blonde as he lay on a hospital bed. “Gotta say I saw this coming for some time, but I couldn’t even begin to imagine how I would feel when the time came.” He looked at his phone for a moment before seeing a news feed. “This is what you missed while you were out.”

Jungwoo’s eyes widened as he saw a headline labeled as ‘The Serial Rapist in a Company’, with a picture of him next to it. “Gotta say, I was a little like you when I was younger, but I learned to settle down… grow up, and get married.”

“Yeah, let’s not count that one; we all know how that turned thanks to Mr.Golden Boy here.”

“True.” Sihoo’s eyes narrowed at Jungwoo. “Contacting all of the male partners of all of those past women you fucked was easy,” male partners being the members of the mob that left him in such a state. “It did take a little time though.” Jungwoo saw as there was an image of Lee Mi-Sook and Mina Seo being arrested. “I think it’s kind of obvious as to why Lee Mi-Sook ended like that. As for Mina, all of the women in the company pointed at her as the collaborator for your… persuasive choices.”

“Let’s just call it what it is, raping.” The Lawyer cleared his throat before adopting professional behavior. “As of right now, you are dealing with eight demands of sexual abuse from the company you worked until this very morning. And as for now, twenty cases from people that have been altered for your actions; either husband who found out their kid is not theirs, to wives that are trying to get something out of this seeing their lives are ruined.” He rolled his eyes at the last part. “As we are aware you don’t have enough money to afford to pay for the damages you have caused; not even if all your stuff got pawned. Suffice to say, you will as well live the rest of your life in prison.”

Jungwoo’s eyes started to water, making Sihoo Park raise an eyebrow as he got closer to the bedridden man. “Sad? depressed? By the looks in your eyes it seems you are still in the denial phase, don’t worry; it won’t last long, I know that better than anyone. Now, before we leave, there’s still one thing I need to say.” Jungwoo saw how Sihoo’s emotionless face shifted into a smug smile… the same smile the blonde had given him every time he stole a woman from him. “How does it feel to have everything taken from? Women, Life, even the thing that you were so proud of is now gone.”

Jungwoo’s eyes widened in horror, knowing full well what Sihoo meant.

“Oh yeah, somebody took a little too personally down there. Suffice it to say, you might as well check the ‘Female’ checkbox whenever someone asks your genre.” The Lawyer snorted, breaking his character again.

“Something I understood through all the hell you and those whores put me through is that there are always consequences for one’s actions. And here’s yours.” Sihoo lifted his head, walking to exit the room. “But don’t worry, I am pretty sure that a lot of men in prison will satisfy your needs, you can thank your looks for that.”

Jungwoo tried to scream with no real result, struggling and damaging more his body in the process. The last thing he ever saw of Sihoo Park was his retreating back, just after he had ruined his life.

Two years later

Life was a funny thing.

Despite how much you don’t expect ever meet someone, the World somehow found a way to ruin that silly notion.

Even something as simple as meeting each other across the street counts as such.

But for it to happen to four people in an instant, it was just ridiculous.

“I wonder, how did you manage to get out of prison early?” Sia Choi asked with a forced smile, making Mina Seo scowl. “How many guards did you fuck to be out for ‘good conduct’?”

Mina answered with the same smile. “I will let you know, I was an exemplar inmate.” And yes, she did fuck the guard. “Unlike someone who used her connections to get out earlier.”

Lee Mi-Sook calmly lay on her chair before glaring at her. “It’s called being resourceful. You have slutty personality; I have my money.”

Whatever it’s left of it anyway.’ She thought before looking at Park Aram. “But let’s hear about the new happy wife among us, how’s life treating you?” The fourth woman only looked down, feeling signaled as everyone looked at her.

The four had met out of pure coincidence. And now, they were in a bar that Lee Mi-Sook used to frequent, a really expensive one.

Things had gone downhill since that day. There had been an investigation of every person that had been in contact with Jungwoo Lee. In it was revealed Lee Mi-Sooks involvement in hiring, covering for him when raping the staff with Mina Seo’s help, and of course, the proof of her paying to alter the results of Jungwoo’s sperm test, which ended up involving Sei Choi despite signing the divorce papers for Siwoo.

Aram didn’t face any legal consequence, seeing she was only another woman Jungwoo fucked. In the end, all of the women involved pinned the blame on Jungwoo Lee, claiming he not only raped them but also blackmailed and manipulated them. The person in question didn’t even defend himself when the trial came.

They all still recall the trial, their expression in pure shock as they saw the shadow of his former self. His eyes and expression all seemed dead; he was now in a wheelchair due to the damage on his body, his face had been disfigured a little, lost weight, became pale, and even lose some hair.

If anything, when they saw him; each of them was reminded of the one person with those same eyes due to their actions. The person that according to Lee Mi-Sook and Sia Choi was responsible for their misery.

“-!” Aram’s eye widened as her head perked up. “Team leader!?”

A man that happened to be walking next to their area suddenly stopped, turning his head with a frown. “… And here I was having a nice day.”

Contrary to Jungwoo Lee, Sihoo Park looked better than the last time each of them saw them. They might either consider saying he even looked a bit younger.

“You…” His ex-wife was the first to recover from their initial shock, showing a lot of restraint and anger at the man that ruined her life. “How could you!? Do you have any idea of all I have been through because of you?”

Sihoo sighed. “Pot calling the kettle black.” His eyes shifted to the same they were two years ago as if all of them were nothing. “Also, I don’t care one bit whatever it has become of your lives.”

Sia gritted her teeth; recalling having to put her newborn baby into adoption due to not being economically stable.

“Why…” everyone looked at Aram, her eyes watering as she looked at him. “The Team Leader I knew was a kind person. I know that we did something horrible to you,” some more than others. “But to ruin our lives to the ground?”

Sihoo scowled.

“I am actually curious as well,” Mina said with narrowed eyes. “I seem to recall you were lost when you found out Sia was having an affair; it wasn’t until I comforted you and told you to divorce her that you decided to act up.” Mina ignored Sia’s deathly glare. “It almost makes me believe that another woman had something to do with this.”

Sihoo narrowed his eyes at Mina’s subtle smirk of provocation. “My Mother died.” That wiped it off instantly, as only surprise adorned their faces.

Only Sia and Mina knew of the state her mother had been in at the time; she didn’t have much time left.

“I… I am so-”

“I don’t want to hear any kind of apology from your fucking mouths.” He stated, almost snapping at the sport; shocking every single one of them with a single reaction. “She knew something was wrong on her last day; saying her only regret was not being able to help me like any good mother.” Sia flinched, knowing that was directed at her. “I promised I would be ok, that I would be my best and happiest life. So, I decided to do that.”

“Wait,” Lee stopped him, figuring out this had happened while their relationship with Jungwoo was still going on. “Why didn’t I hear of this? If you took a bereavement leave, I should have known and approved about it.”

Sihoo snorted. “You did, but you were probably too busy being fucked to realize again.” He ignored her. “Either way, I had decided to leave the company right after her funeral- But I knew I just couldn’t leave and let others pick up my slack, so I went deep into my work to just leave with a clean conscious.” He looked at Sia for a moment. “I was even willing to pay for the child support if that would have made you sign the divorce papers.”

And then, he finally looked at Lee. “But then… I found something interesting while checking your corporate mail. A transaction confirmation between you and the clinic where Jungwoo Lee performed his sperm test around the very same date he took it.” Sia looked at the older woman with anger, figuring out that was how Sihoo had obtained some documents.

“You gave me him your corporate email!?” Mina almost shouted, but Lee didn’t answer, she was too much in shock to do so.

“She had to, she had pilled all her work on me,” Sihoo explained. “And at that moment, everything made sense to me… I would never be happy until I had gotten rid of every single one of you.”

The rest was just too easy, but it took time.

Now that he knew Jungwoo Lee was not sterile and knowing his desire for women, especially married ones; it was normal to assume there had been cases of pregnancy and cheating in the past.

Jungwoo had been a swimming instructor for a long time, and the place he used to work for had a social media account. It took him some time to track all of the women that had appeared with pictures of Jungwoo, all of this while still working overtime in the company. But his inner rage was more than enough fuel to do so.

He contacted all of those Women’s partners, especially those that had gotten a child to tell them about Jungwoo, who might be the actual father of their children. Of course, many were outraged by what they were hearing, but some persuasion and logic made them start doubting enough so they could perform a DNA test.

That dealt with Jungwoo; which left four more people to deal with.

Aram might be a victim, but in the end, even she discarded him for Jungwoo. All he had to was sent the video of them to his parents and that was it.

Sia was another easy one, seeing he now had more than enough information to make her sign the divorce papers.

But Lee Mi-Sool and Mina Seo were a little more complicated. It was then that he remembered that the blonde bastard had been brought into the Company by Lee. It didn’t take a genius to know that bastard didn’t know any knowledge to work in there, so he was just there for his other talent. And again, knowing his habits, Sihoo knew Jungwoo would not miss the chance to be with many more women; so he paid the security team to save the recordings of all his debauchery.

The last piece of the puzzle was none other than Bong-Man Deuk, bringing him up to speed on the state of things in the company and what his now ex-wife was doing. He was more than happy to help after a while, seeing things would get way out of control if such behavior continued.

The CEO then did the rest, from making sure Lee was kept busy catching up to her word, making sure Jungwoo didn’t have any time either while Bong himself moved without anyone knowing to make sure all the female workers testified against Jungwoo, Lee, and Mina…

… the rest was just history.

“Didn’t you say you were gonna get rid of all the cancer in your life?”

Everyone turned to the side to see a man in a suit walking toward Sihoo. Sia recognized him immediately, the lawyer that had been with Sihoo that day.

“I did, but it seems it just keeps coming back to me. Go on ahead, I will be done with this soon.”

The Lawyer simply nodded before retreating. Leaving Sihoo looking at each of them, starting with Sia.

“All the hard work I ever did was so you could have a better life. We could have talked things over or ended things if you felt you were having a full life.”

Mina.

“I regret not listening to you when you said Jungwoo had set you up. But in the end, you decided to go with him and help him with everything he asked of you to ruin me.”

Aram.

“You were my last bastion of hope. But all it took was one night with him to set me aside as if I was nothing.”

And finally, Lee.

“You had made it clear you didn’t want anything serious, to only maintain an illicit relationship while I was going through my break up, maybe things would have been different if you were most honest with yourself. But the moment you saw I wanted to have something serious with Aram, you also tossed me aside and brought the very reason for my misery to my daily life. But that wasn’t enough for you, finding amusement in helping with the plot of me raising his fucking child.”

All of them looked at the ground, everyone with the exception of Aram was gritting their teeth, finding no counterargument to make.

“As far as I am concerned, all of you could die and I would only feel annoyed you didn’t suffer enough.”

Their eyes widened while Aram started to cry recognizing the pure disdain his voice towards them

“And that’s enough,” the Lawyer returned, with some guards next to him. “This is supposed to be a night to celebrate, not to lash out at these poor whores.” He snapped his fingers and made a motion with his head toward them.

“I am sorry,” one of the guards said before they grabbed each of the women and dragging them out of the bar. “But your presence is bothering a VIP due to your reputation. We are gonna have to ask you to leave.”

All but Aram struggled, causing a commotion as they were dragged to the elevator, which was just opening to reveal someone Lee Mi-Sook didn’t expect to see; her Ex-husband.

“Now this is an unpleasant surprise,” Bong commented as he walked past them. “I am surprised you still have money to afford this place.”

Lee just snarled at the other person responsible for ruining her life. “What the hell are you doing here?” she knew it was too good of a coincidence for Sihoo and him to be in the same place.

“Oh, I am here to celebrate after all; the Company has been doing really well thanks to Sihoo over here.” He tapped Sihoo’s shoulder, making Lee’s eyes widen.

“… You hired him back” she easily concluded.

“That was always the plan; an environment free of all of you. I even gave him your job.” He said no more, as all three of them turned around without giving her of the rest a single thought.

Some of them called for Sihoo’s name, begging for forgiveness, another chance, anything… but he ignored them, opting to be free of them forever.

Years went by.

In the end, neither of the people involved got what could be considered a happy ending.

Sia eventually ended up in the street, seeing no one would take a former housewife for any kind of job, especially due to her involvement with the whole raping case.

The same could be said about Mina.

Aram on the other hand got forced into marrying a very wealthy man, but just out of appearance. She spends her days locked in a separate room, ignored by her husband while he enjoys a life of luxury.

No Company wanted to hire Lee Mi-Sook due to her scandal. So, she decided to use it to sell her body, seeing she still enjoyed sex. But sadly, time caught up with her, and no one was interested in a woman who was reaching her fifties.

As for Jungwoo Lee; he killed himself after some years, being finally able to move his body enough to commit the act of his own. With no Family or Friends to report to, his death went unknown by everyone.

As for Sihoo Park. He lived his life happily and without any problems. He was still single, hoping to meet the right person in time. But as far as he was concerned, he was done with Illicit Relationships.
