Abstract
A 40-year-old woman with a large right breast mass underwent Tc-99m MDP scintimammography and a whole-body bone scan. Both images showed intense uptake of Tc-99m MDP in the right breast tumor. A modified radical mastectomy was performed, and histopathologic examination revealed the tumor to be a primary osteogenic sarcoma of the breast.
