Acorn cyst sign is a radiologic sign indicating the presence of a benign uncomplicated cyst in ultrasound examinations of the breast.[1]

Acorn
The acorn, or oaknut, is the nut of the oaks and their close relatives (genera Quercus and Lithocarpus, in the family Fagaceae).
