Edwin "Ned" Snelgrove (born Edwin Fales Snelgrove, Jr.; August 9, 1960) is an American double-murderer who is currently serving a 60-year sentence for the murder of a Hartford, Connecticut woman, Carmen Rodriguez.[1]
