Arabah
The Arabah/Araba (Wādī ʿAraba) or Aravah/Arava (dry area) is a loosely defined geographic area in the Negev Desert, south of the Dead Sea basin, which forms part of the border between Israel to the west and Jordan to the east.

Ein Hatzeva and moshav are Moshavim.
Tamar Regional Council
The Tamar Regional Council (מועצה אזורית תמר, Mo'atza Ezorit Tamar) is a regional council in Israel's Southern District, on the south and western edges of the Dead Sea along the Arava valley.
