Erythraean Sea, the Glossary
The Erythraean Sea (Ἐρυθρὰ Θάλασσα, Erythrà Thálassa) was a former maritime designation that always included the Gulf of Aden, and at times other seas between Arabia Felix and the Horn of Africa.[1]
