Kandiah Neelakandan (கந்தையா நீலகண்டன்; 16 April 1947 – 18 February 2018) was a Sri Lankan Tamil lawyer and the lead partner in Neelakandan & Neelakandan (previously Murugesu and Neelakandan).[1]
