Lübeck Marzipan, the Glossary
Lübeck Marzipan (Lübecker Marzipan) refers to marzipan originating from the city of Lübeck in northern Germany and has been protected by an EU Council Directive as a “Protected Geographical Indication” (PGI) since 1996.[1]
